Kukk Architecture and BCB Homes is proud to announce that this magnificent custom estate we built has been the highest sale in Sarasota for 2015! The power couple formed a relationship with Joe Smallwood of BCB Homes due to his building science expertise. realizing we could build in Sarasota just as easily as we could in Naples, Joe introduced the clients to Jon Kukk of Kukk Architecture & Design from Naples to design this 10,883 square foot home in 2005.

The home sits on the Sarasota Bay with stunning views of downtown Sarasota. The home was the location of many local fundraising events and hosted many prominent business people and politicians overnight. No detail was spared from a dining room with walls upholstered in silk, a garage designed specifically for catering trucks and a slate-tile roof.
